How should I package my artwork for shipping?
You are welcome to send your artwork back in a box or envelope of your choice - old Amazon boxes work great! Once your artwork has been packaged accordingly, print out the "Address Slip" that was included with your order form download and attach it to the outside of your package. Please note: the "Address Slip" is NOT a shipping label. You'll need to purchase shipping using the carrier of your choice.

Can I send more than the amount of pieces included in my package?
Yes! If you send art for more pieces or books than included in your package, you will receive an invoice for the extra pieces/books once your art has been photographed. If you have a specific amount of pieces/books in mind for your project, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote.

What if I want to create multiple books?
Each Artkive International package consists of 1 book, but you can absolutely order multiple packages if you would like to create more than 1 book. For example, if you would like to create 2 books, each with 50 pieces of art, adjust the quantity of your order to 2 packages at checkout.

What counts as one piece of art?
Each piece of artwork you send us will be photographed individually and will count as one piece. If the artwork is double sided, we will photograph each side and each side will count as one piece. If you would like multiple pieces of artwork on the same page, you will need to collage them onto a single piece of paper with tape or glue before sending in the art.

How long will the process take?
Our typical timeline for sending you a book proof after we receive your art is 6-8 weeks during off peak seasons. Our timeline is extended for international orders due to international shipping times. You can reach out to us for an updated timeline.

Will I be able to review my book before it gets printed?
Yes! You will be able to fully review your book including making edits to the cover, changing the title, changing the order of the pages and adding dates or captions to the pages. Your book will not be printed until you approve it!

Can I cancel my Artkive International purchase?
Artkive International packages can not be canceled and are non-refundable. Artkive International purchases do not expire and can be sent in at any time.
